Non-Dispensing Outlet (NDO) Permits
NDO permits are required for any facility located in South Carolina that administers and/or stores legend drugs. Facilities requiring a Non- Dispensing Drug Outlet Permit include, but are not limited to clinics. A Non-Dispensing Drug Outlet Permit requires a consultant pharmacist. Hair Enterprise offers three tier levels based on facility risk and complexity to help you manage your permits.
Silver
Low risk, low volume, limited medication inventory
Gold
Medium risk, medium volume, multiple medications/dosage forms
Platinum
High risk, high volume, extensive medication inventory
